Why am I missing some e-mails from Clear-Data?

These days spam has become very abundant on the Internet, and because of this many companies have implemented anti-spam techniques such as a 'Junk Folder.'  Unfortunately, this method of spam blocking has yet to be perfected, so every once in a while legit e-mails will end up there.  It is a good idea to check this folder every once in a while for mistakenly placed mail.

If you are using a webmail based service for any products purchased from us, we suggest that you add clear-data.com to your providers 'whitelist' so that any mail sent from us will be delivered directly to your Inbox.  This will help to insure that you do not miss out on any important information.
